Wow, its that time of year again…time to ring in a new year! WTF right? This year flew by! Anyways, its gonna be my goal to recap every year of my life from now on (thank god fb has timeline so I can remember my year!) so here goes!

JANUARY 

Here’s to: being with the fam and toasting with apple cider on midnight of new years. Going to a new years party @ uncle jovi’s house and outshining my dad in karaoke haha. Everyone thinking I looked good in my profile pic with pony pocket lol. hanging out with my bebehh girl in vegas<3 GETTING INKED, and hiding it from mom & dad for 2 weeks haha. Heading back to school and showing it off to everyone. Squeezing Ramzy’s hand the entire time, and the tattoo artist going are you ok? And I go “yeah I’m fine” and he goes “I was talking to him” and points at Ramzy haha. Hanging out @ Hanii’s house after and making yummy smores! Getting a package from my best friend and getting so many goodies! Cooking local Hawaiian food with the Sugoi sauce she sent me! Heading back to school and running into Kira at the Chicago airport!! Watching No Strings Attached w/Carly, one of my fav movies<3 working the longest catering shift I’ve ever worked for the Martin Luther King dinner and becoming the master of napkin folding and utensil placement, all so that I could spend Spring Break in San Diego. Experiencing negative degree weather, and feeling like there were so many boogers in my nose lol. Taking MFT aka Mo’ Fuckin Titties with Brian & Sam, and Brian pointing out that our professor sounded like Rex the green dinosaur from Toy Story haha! Realizing this boy who I thought was Mexican but wasn’t is a complete cheating asshole LOL. Getting hooked on Fish hooks thanks to Brian 0____0 GURRRRL lol. And continuing my tag war w/Brian lol oh yeah and making it through NSCS while having to work with a certain psycho

February

Here’s to: the viewing of 21 in NSCS and the Dinosaur BBQ! Spending Valentines w/Camille & Maggy @ the Ice Skating Rink! Receiving a package from Hawaii from Aunty!! (which was super heavy cause it was filled with Vienna sausage lol) Saving narwhals in mo’ fucking titties LOL Taking Kira out for her birthday dinner! Making spring break in San Diego w/Jonelle official by buying my tickets! Actually thinking I had a chance with minoring in Finance LOL Getting a ride home from some cops after a night out w/Maggy lol (only crazy shit happens when I’m with her) Trying to find 2 roommates to try and live at Park Point

March

Here’s to: TURNING 20! And all of the greetings I got from friends & family! Study dates w/my loves in Whitman! Playing Pictionary on the chalkboard! (and Camille trying to tag typhoons when there were no typhoons lol) Having this cute boy Andrew from my history class walk in the snow for me to give me his notes! Soo sweet lol Finding Carina on the CuseRoommate Finder page through process of elimination (aka she was the one who looked normal lol) Going out for my birthday in heels and literally walked around the entire campus lol. (all the people slippin and slidin at Nappy LOL) Going to Fariha & Jianna’s party and Jianna wearing the same dress as me lol. SAN DIEGOOOO! : going clubbing and saw someone else in the same dress haha. Praying for all my loved ones back home b/c of the devastating earthquake in Japan, and having everyone be ok! Eating yummaaay (authentic) Mexican food! Actually just eating a shit ton lol. Receiving a birthday package from the best friend while I was in SD! (she contacted Jonelle for her address! Sneaky sneaky!) Having my first bon fire on the beach! Meeting Gloriani & Arron! Going to Fry’s to play Dance Central on the Xbox! Going to Whole Foods to eat some more lol. Getting to hang out with super cute kiddies Chris & Sarah! Found out I got accepted to the DC summer program. Eating spicy ahi and cupcakes that look like tits from sprinkle lol. Spending time w/my cousin<3 and making our I’m A SLAVE 4 U music video<333

Back in Cuse: Kira taking me out to dinner for my birthday! Getting closer w/Mirian through Literacy Corps. Getting UV as the place to live next semester with Camille, Carina & Chelsea! And finding out I didn’t have a virus on my mac THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

April

Here’s to: sneaking into HARRY’s! whoo! Haha. Finding out I got the marketing minor! Volunteering at the Comstock Kids Fest, and having the kids play a modified version of beer pong lol. Seeing Miguel & Lloyd Banks (kind of didn’t really stay after his 1^st song lol) in concert! Taking our amazing advisor out to lunch for advisor appreciation day! (and having to clean Maryland ave after that -___-) Talking to Mary about becoming President of our chapter of NSCS the next year. Lunch dates with Mirian @ the Warehouse! Watching my first LAX game! Going on a ROADTRIP to ALBANY! (to mostly go shopping lol) Having that INSANE weather that was a mixture of rain, thunder, lightning, and hail the size of golf balls within 15 mins. The libray had a waterfall going down the stairs, Watson was flooded and I hella needed to pee :( and so was the rest of the school, so a guy comes out on his kayak and kayaks down Euclid. Haha. Being initiated into the wolfpack? Lol going to LAVA at Turning stone and finally gambled on the slot machine! (and I lost all $21) L no bueno. Mayfest was kinda a bummer lol Kid cudi sucked. And just going out with Mirian to parties for her last semester.

Here’s to: FINISHING MY SOPHOMORE YEAR! Osama Bin Laden being killed! Spotting Edward Cullen getting his fitness on at the gym<333 Getting a text from the best friend, with a picture of the two of us on her car’s dashboard J)) Eating a shit ton w/Mirian cause we had nothing better to do with our lives. Making Puerto Rico official! Mom & Dad celebrating 20 years together!!! Working a shit ton of hours in catering to pay for Puerto Rico!! And getting caught sleeping at work! Hahaha! Being in the same room & serving Donovan McNabb! Getting to lei some of my seniors! Sleepover @ Camille’s HALE<3 and having baby Camille watch over me as I sleep lol and literally sleeping ALLL day only getting up to eat lol. BEING BACK IN VEGASSSS! Finally showing mom & dad my tatt and they surprisingly weren’t mad. Mom already knew from fb (I kept posting pix hoping she’d see lol) and my dad kept asking if it were real lol) SPENDING TIME W/FAMILY<333 Baby sister turning 14! And we got the xbox kinect w/dance central which we actually opened and played with while she was out hahah! Hanging out with Jordi<3 Getting to see the Jabawockeez @ the monte carlo for free w/Jake, Leilani & Kurt thanks to my mommayyy! And realizing my sister Daphne is actually a really good painter!

Here’s to: PUERTO RICOOOOO!!!!! One of the most amazing trips of my life! To meeting amazing people esp Merida and Sonia! To the Sexxx on the Beach that was made me dizzy super fast lol. TO BEING ABLE TO DRINK! Skipping most of the breakout sessions to sleep in, play in the pool, going to the Bacardi factory, and crusing around San Juan, and meeting that cute waiter haha.  To all the nights we went out and had a blast, and esp the last night where we stayed out partying til 6am and got a ride home from these guys Sonia just met lol To finding cardboard from the hotel bar because we had to do our presentation and both of my partners forgot the supplies -__- and presenting with a board we made in like 5 mins lol. To the awesome brochures that I made lol. To all the yummay Puerto Rican food, and being a vacation I’ll never forget<333 To shopping trips to the outlet & Fashion show. Spending the summer days at the pool with the fam & Jordi. Sleepover with JORDAN!! Swimming at the M! and GETTING MY TAN BACK!

Here’s to: Coming home to Jordan “cooking” and leaving glitter all over the floor lol. Making my first lasagna and everyone liking it! Hanging out w/Leilani & Kurt on the 4^th of July on the 38^th floor of the Cosmopolitan!!! The amazing suite they stayed in & the view OMG. Watching 12 Corazones on Telemundo w/my sister even though we had no idea wtf they were saying lol. WATCHING THE MIDNIGHT PREMIRE OF THE LAST HARRY POTTER MOVIE @ TOWN SWUARE! Riding around in our rental car, that was made for midgets hah. Having aunty Azon come visit & showing her around! And her being amazed at all the free parking LOL. To driving around the entire north Las Vegas for my little sister cause she wanted to go to a dance session that Cha Chi and Brian from So Real Cru were giving! I got to meet Cha Chi & Brian & JR Aquino! (and Pat Lam! LOL)

August

Here’s to: The amazing paintings my sister painted! Finally getting a picture with the “Welcome to fabulous las vegas sign.” EATING SPICY AHI<333 Matching pigtails w/Jordan! Scoring an interview for the Schumer internship! Dinner @ the M buffet before I left! Arriving in CUSE, and getting picked up by Camille & Nia! Moving into the UV apartment!!! Cooking chicken adobo for the first time and it turned out really good!! To finding out I was fucked in Spanish the very first day when the teacher didn’t speak English -___- Taking triple a w/Brian and not paying attention whatsoever and just making fun of the guy who calls himself a professor.

Here’s to: Cooking for myself! Getting my mytouch slide! Seeing Merida at the mall! Having Mirian come visit! Holding the first NSCS meeting of the year as the chapter’s president<3 Becoming friends with my mom on fb again haha. Getting to meet & take a picture with Wes Johnson! PLANNING OUT THE REST OF MY COLLEGE CAREER (which includes not staying in ‘cuse!) GETTING A REFUND CHECK! (which I’ll have to pay back later but right now I GOT PAPAHHH) Finally paying to get my damn US citizenship! Participating in CBT weekend, and meeting cool alumni, esp Floyd Little, who was on the Pro Football Hall of Fame! (I got a picture!) To coming to my triple a class late with a balloon attached to a jar of mayo for Brian’s birthday!

October

Here’s to: Landing an internship (kind of) with the Anti-Slavery movement. Not really paying attention in accounting, studying the entire weekend for the test, and getting an A! Getting in touch w/Mr. NG and finding out he wrote a book! Bought the book online, and got to read it! Finding out college is one big scam! Haha to HAVING JORDAN MISS ME<333 Our annual induction ceremony for NSCS and being able to honor one of the best professors, Dr. Edmunds for our distinguished member<3 Helping raise $58.36 through one day of tabling for the Carol m. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research fund of CNY<333 Being able to meet Ciara who started our chapter of NSCS! Seeing pictures of both my sisters at their homecoming<3 Attending a talk from the international programme director of Save the Children International, and him saying he doesn’t use anything he did in undergrad -___- made me lose even more motivation for school lol. Working my ass off @ the Dome to make sure I have money for my plans for the rest of college! Volunteering with the NSCS eboard at the Breast Cancer Walk! Getting closer with my VP Karina! Finishing the amazing poster for the Project Feed Me Basketball Tournament! Holding a successful Halloween themed GBM for NSCS! Going out all 3 nights on Halloween! Taking the shots from the test tube! People helping me staple my costume together! Haha Some kid asked me if Hawaii was in Asia haha! Scoring an interview with Ark Vegas Restaurant Corporation, phone interview with Matt, him liking me and telling me I reminded him of himself when he was younger, walking outside in the rain and him asking me if I was ok (since I was already late for work lol) and being 20 mins late for my first shift as supervisor at the DOME lol.

November

Here’s to: Discovering Spotify! The basketball tournament & dinner for Project Feed Me. Dancing bachata and salsa in Spanish class and getting extra credit! Getting advice from little Tran about what cannon camera I should get to record HD videos! Walking through the beautiful campus in the fall with the color changing leaves<3 FINDING OUT I GOT ACCEPTED TO SUMMER AT SEA, after like a couple days of turning in my application lol. Slaving away at the DOME. MEETING AND GETTING TO TAKE A PICTURE WITH SHAQ!! Talking things out with Abby<3 Having Camille invite me to her house for Thanksgiving<333 since I decided to stay to work. LANDING THE INTERNSHIP W/ARK VEGAS! Figuring out I was better off without some people in my life. Having Camille there to make me feel better after a very bad night<333 Fooling around w/Brian in aaa. My bitch boss pulling me aside and telling me she thinks I’m adorable, well I think she’s still a bitch LOL. SPENDING THANKSGIVING W/CAMILLE’S FAM<3 Making onion rings that resemble chicken nuggets! Watching 50/50, one of the best movies ever! Putting up the manini tree in our living room while listening to Chrismtas music! Seeing Brian get into it with our triple a prof LOL. To all of the hours slaving away @ work!

Here’s to: FINISHING FALL SEMESTER! Giving an awesome presentation about my research project for my anthro class on PREZI! Getting free stuff from the Hershey’s guy @ his talk! Paying my deposit and securing a spot for SUMMER AT SEA! Holding our first party in the apt that kind of didn’t go too well lol. Being trapped at Wegmans cause Camille forgot the keys in the car LOL. Getting discounted paninis & muffins from Panera Bread thanks to Nia! All of the late night drives Camille & I went on (esp to Burger King haha) Finding out there was a Burger King on South Campus after we already drove out to another one LOL. Finding out BEANIES CAN’T SAVE EVERYONE! Hahah! Receiving a surprise package from mom & dad filled with Hawaiian snacks!!! Figuring out I want to spend my last semester in LA, instead of DC, cause that’s what I really want to do. Camille buying me soup when I was super sick! Thank god for codeine for letting me sleep through the night! GETTING THROUGH FINALS WHILE SICK! Me & Camille kind of having a sleepover, but I kept coughing lol. Meeting Chelsea’s dog, and being jealous of it being 4 pounds. Camille & I dragging my luggage down & up the hill with snow lol. TO THE SNOW COMING DOWN THE DAY I HAD TO LEAVE! To FINALLY BEING HOME IN VEGAS AGAIN! To starting my internship with Ark<3 (getting my ID that made it official, meeting Matt and everyone else, getting treated to the yummy food!) Christmas w/my fam and just being able to spend time with them<333

Recap: Got tatted. Turned 20, and was officially not a teenager anymore L. Spring Break in San Diego to visit Jonelle<3 & made a new music video. Picked up the marketing minor. Got close to Mirian through literacy corps. Snuck into my first Syracuse bar for Latin night. Becoming the next president for Syracuse’s chapter of NSCS. Finished Sophomore year. Had an amazing/unforgettable trip to Puerto Rico! Met amazing people I’ll never forget. Fun filled summer in Vegas with the fam & Jordan. Started junior year of college. Planned out the rest of my college career that requires not staying in cuse (summer @ sea to Europe & N. Africa, Madrid fall semester, LA last semester). Slaved away at the Dome. Cut ties with people I didn’t need in my life, and became closer and thankful for the ones that are still there and have been there<333 Accepted to Summer @ Sea, Landed an internship w/Ark Vegas Restaurants. Thanksgiving w/Camille’s fam. Back home in VEGAS with the fam<333

Wow, recapping my year, I guess 2011 wasn’t too bad! I got A LOT of plans for 2012 & 2013 so the world better not be ending, cause I’ll be pissed LOL. Thank God for another wonderful year! Here’s to us surviving past 2012! Hope everyone has an amazing new year<333
